CROPG1 · MANUFACTURING & INFRASTRUCTURE

Built around biology.
Made for scale.

From a precisely moulded component to an assembled insect trap. Machinery, tooling experience and a flexible workforce, brought together around your product.

THE CAPABILITY BEHIND THE PRODUCT

Equipment. Experience.
Room to grow.

Manufacturing strengths that support routine trap supply and the development of new configurations.

12

Injection moulding machines

A range of machine sizes to match different components and production requirements.

25+

Years of tooling experience

Tooling is undertaken with professionals whose experience spans more than 25 years.

300+

Workers for project assembly

An assembly workforce deployed according to the scale and requirements of the project.

ROUTINE PRODUCTS · VOLUME SUPPLY

A hundred thousand.
A matter of days.

For most routine trap products, CropG1 can supply 100,000 pieces in 3–4 working days.

The specific trap, existing tooling, material availability, assembly scope and production schedule are confirmed with your quotation. This is not a blanket lead time for every catalogue design or a freight-delivery promise. New and customised products follow an agreed development schedule.

SPACE WITH A PURPOSE

Production at the centre.
Storage kept separate.

A dedicated factory floor, with separate areas for raw materials and finished goods. Each has a distinct role in the movement from material to dispatch.

01 / MATERIALS≈ 5,000 sq ft

Raw material storage

Separate space for materials before they enter production.

02 / MANUFACTURING10,000 sq ft

Factory floor

The production space supporting moulding and manufacturing operations.

03 / FINISHED GOODS≈ 5,000 sq ft

Finished goods storage

A separate area for finished products ahead of supply.

TOOLING & CUSTOMISATION

A better trap starts
with better questions.

How does the insect approach? Where should the lure sit? How easily can a grower inspect, empty and reset the trap? These questions belong alongside dimensions and mould design.

Bring an existing product, a drawing, a sample or a new idea. We can discuss customisation of geometry, colour, component fit, lure holders, assembly and packaging to suit the application.

ASSEMBLY & PROJECT SCALE

Components become
complete systems.

Moulding capacity is only one part of supply. Trap bodies, lids, funnels, hangers and lure holders need to come together as a practical, serviceable product.

Our project-based assembly workforce of 300+ workers supports different assembly requirements. The assembly scope, inspection criteria, packing format and required quantity are agreed for each order.

Workforce deployment varies by project; it is not a statement of permanent staffing on every line.

FROM BRIEF TO SUPPLY

One product.
A considered process.

A shared project pathway keeps biological purpose, tooling decisions and commercial expectations together.

  1. 01

    Understand the insect

Define the species, attraction cue, crop and trapping objective. Monitoring, mass trapping and research sampling call for different design decisions.

  2. 02

    Define the product

Agree entry geometry, lure placement, capture method, material, colour, service access and replaceable parts. A useful trap must work for the person servicing it, too.

  3. 03

    Develop & evaluate

Translate the brief into drawings and samples. Agree the handling, fit, weather-exposure and biological evaluation needed for the application.

  4. 04

    Prepare the tooling

Review mould design, cavities, material and component fit with experienced tooling professionals. Agree tooling ownership and approve samples before a production commitment.

  5. 05

    Manufacture & assemble

Schedule moulding and project-specific assembly against the approved product. Define inspection points, packing and the quantity of complete traps required.

  6. 06

    Prepare for supply

Confirm the dispatch plan, spare parts, labelling and destination requirements. Separate the production schedule from freight and delivery time.

QUALITY & PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

The specification
is the starting point.

CropG1 follows industry manufacturing practices. For each project, we agree the relevant requirements, inspection criteria and documentation before confirming supply.

Specific certifications and test results are stated only where applicable documentation is available. Hardware manufacture alone does not establish field efficacy.

Materials & finish
Agree the material grade, colour, finish and exposure requirements for the intended use.
Fit & function
Define the dimensions, assembly fit, lure positioning and service access that matter to the product.
Inspection & packing
Agree sampling, acceptance criteria, identification, packing and shipment documentation.
Biological performance
Distinguish mechanical suitability from insect attraction, retention and field performance. Define evaluation for the intended species and conditions.

Before we manufacture.

Can you manufacture a trap that is not in the catalogue?

Yes, we welcome custom development enquiries. Share the insect, trapping purpose, design or sample, expected volume and operating conditions. Feasibility, tooling and the development schedule are confirmed for the specific project.

Does every trap qualify for supply in 3–4 working days?

No. This capability applies to most routine trap products, subject to the agreed product and production schedule. New moulds, custom designs, specialised materials and additional testing need separate lead times. Shipping time is additional.

Can you supply trap hardware without a lure?

Include hardware only, a compatible lure, or a complete system in your enquiry. We will confirm the exact scope. Trap manufacture and semiochemical formulation are distinct requirements.

What should I send for a useful quotation?

Specify the trap or insect, order quantity, annual requirement, destination and required date. Add dimensions, drawings or sample details if available, together with material, colour, branding and packaging preferences.
